Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Sales to join our team in Coral Springs, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and the timely delivery of products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the sales process, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and update systems accordingly.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Support the resolution of supply chain issues and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5-7 years of aviation sales experience.
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle deadlines and work well under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
