Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, including OD / ID grinders and gear machinery.
Utilize G-Code programming to create and modify CNC programs for various machining tasks.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, specifically with OD-ID grinding machines.

Strong knowledge of CNC tooling, programming, and G-Code.

Hands-on experience with manual machining skills.

Familiarity with CNC grinders and gear machinery, particularly Gleason and Hofler brands.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve mechanical issues efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
