Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure program activities, goals, and communication are in compliance with agency standards.
• Recruit, lead, and develop designated coordinator(s) and direct care staff.
• Provide direction, assistance, and approval to coordinators and direct care staff for major crisis intervention in consultation with clinicians.
• Conduct program admission.
• Ensure the initial IRP is completed within 30 days.
• Ensure assessments (IRP / Crisis plan) are completed and provide program approval for admissions and discharges in collaboration with clinicians, program coordinator, or service coordinators.
• Designate staff assignments for program participants in conjunction with program coordinator.
• Ensure data is entered into HMIS by either Director or Program Coordinator by due dates.
