Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure program activities, goals, and communication are in compliance with agency standards.
- Recruit, lead, and develop designated coordinator(s) and direct care staff.
- Provide direction, assistance, and approval to coordinators and direct care staff for major crisis intervention in consultation with clinicians.
- Conduct program admission.
- Ensure the initial IRP is completed within 30 days.
- Ensure assessments (IRP / Crisis plan) are completed and provide program approval for admissions and discharges in collaboration with clinicians, program coordinator, or service coordinators.
- Designate staff assignments for program participants in conjunction with program coordinator.
- Ensure data is entered into HMIS by either Director or Program Coordinator by due dates.
