Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in molding equipment optimization or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of molding machine technology
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft., and walk/stand during entire shift
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
