What are the responsibilities and job description for the PC Technician position at Reliance One, Inc.?
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of personal computer workstations, peripherals and related support equipment.
- Maintains workstation inventory and documentation.
- Evaluates and makes recommendations for workstation-related technologies i.e. DVD players, flash drives, etc. to the Technical Services Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated current knowledge and expertise supporting desktop computers and peripheral equipment.
- Demonstrated successful current work or personal experience supporting desktop computers in a help desk or field service environment required.
