Job Summary
This position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will be responsible for analyzing and improving molding machine processes to maximize cost, quality, and throughput.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze molding machine processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process control guidelines to maintain consistent quality output.
- Troubleshoot molding processes to resolve issues and maintain efficiency.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in injection mold processing in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mold design best practices and large part injection molding.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
