Position Overview: The Client Experience Representative will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, providing prompt and courteous support, and performing light administrative tasks. Client Experience Representatives will work directly with our Customer Service team, following established company guidelines and adhering to industry regulations.

Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work effectively within a team.
