DEPARTMENT : MarketingPOSITION REPORTS TO : Director of Marketing with oversight by Team LeaderFLSA STATUS : ExemptPOSITION DESCRIPTION : The Marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing team and is responsiblefor managing tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager. This position is a rewarding and exciting opportunity towork close with a fast-paced sales organization and to grow a career within transportation insurance. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support Marketing Managers in the marketing process for new and existing clients.
- Follow Marketing process and procedures to obtain and renew insurance coverage for clients.
- Use Reliance tools such as TORQ and RPX to help manage the renewal lifecycle of an insured.
- Quote within online rating systems (Progressive, Great West, Paramount, etc)
- Track and manage a pipeline of renewals and ensure they go to market on time.SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Strong "people skills" and a positive, can-do attitude is a must.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to interact with markets and team members in a professional manner.
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
- Strong computer skills with a focus in Microsoft Office applications
