Job Purpose

A Cluster Manager in Visual Merchandising is responsible for overseeing the visual presentation and merchandising strategies across multiple retail locations within a specific region or cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with the brands image and objectives.
• Design Product Displays: Set up appealing product displays to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with store managers and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
• Maintain Consistency: Ensure that visual merchandising standards are consistent across all stores in the cluster.
• Monitor Performance: Regularly visit stores to assess visual merchandising effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
