We are seeking a Personal Banking Advisor (PBA) to support our Altoona-area branches in Blair County. This position requires frequent travel between branches, and a valid U.S. driver's license is essential for this role. Our Floating PBAs receive compensation for travel time and mileage reimbursement.
About the Role:
- You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branch or calling for assistance.
- You will work with other branch team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- You will build relationships with customers and connect them with products that support their financial goals.
- You will help new customers familiarize themselves with our bank and services.
- You will perform various operational tasks, from basic cash handling to complex transactions.
- You will leverage your skills to contribute to bank-wide goals.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a High School diploma and at least two years of strong customer service experience. You should be interested in the financial services industry and committed to developing a long-term employment relationship.
Other requirements include:
- A passion for problem-solving and working with people
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficient computer knowledge and ability to learn bank-specific software
- The ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- Visual and auditory skills
- The ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, and lift items up to 25 lbs.
