Event Security *IMMEDIATE HIRE For Armed Security**
Must have Active Nevada PILB Card.
THIS IS A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT STARTING 2/25 TO 2/27/2025 at the Las Vegas Convention Center 8:00am to 5:00pm.
In-person hiring - 3656 N Rancho Drive between 1030a - 430p M-F
PLEASE ARRIVE PREPARED IN THE INTERVIEW ATTIRE AND BRING PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY AND ORIGINAL NV PILB CARD (no copies). We will be hiring qualified individuals on the spot. You are encouraged to complete the application online before coming in.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of event attendees, staff, and performers
- Patrol the venue to identify and address security concerns
- Monitor and control entry and exit points
- Respond to emergency situations and assist with evacuations if necessary
- Collaborate with event staff to manage crowds
- Report incidents or disturbances
- Stay alert and be proactive.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and or walk for an 8 to 10 hour shift
- Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous security experience preferred but not require
