RWC is a market leader and manufacturer of water solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. RWC’s portfolio of brands includes industry-leading brands: SharkBite® Push-to-Connect plumbing solutions; HoldRite® engineered plumbing and mechanical solutions; Cash Acme® control valves; John Guest® fittings and fluid dispense products and and EZ-FLO™ and Eastman™ appliance connectors, supply lines, stop valves and gas connectors.
RWC is building a cohort of interns for the Summer of 2025. This will be a challenging opportunity to build skills in your field and create connections with RWC and peers from other Universities.
Position Summary:
- This internship will include exposure to the Company’s manufacturing operations and the Americas regional FP&A group through financial analysis and special projects on key activities impacting cost of goods sold and balance sheet accounts.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Work with key business partners across functions to deliver insightful analysis and recommendations that enable improved operating efficiencies, cost savings and financial controls.
Qualifications: Candidates must have strong working knowledge of finance and accounting fundamentals, excel modeling, discounted cash flow analysis, working understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, etc).
Education & Experience: Undergraduate or graduate, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

- Internship will have travel involved including a kick-off in Atlanta and Operations immersion week in Cullman, AL
