RWC is building a cohort of interns for the Summer of 2025. This will be a challenging opportunity to build skills in your field and create connections with RWC and peers from other Universities.
Position Summary:
- To provide robust systems that optimize the manufacturing and process engineering needs of the various plants in Cullman.
Principal Responsibilities:
- 1. Use Statistical Methods to solve and Improve processes.
- 2. Simulate current process parameters for what-if scenario analysis
- 3. Be involved in creating Lean/Sigma oriented work cells.
Qualifications:
Education:
- 2nd/3rd/4th year student pursuing a BSc/BEng in Industrial/Mechanical/Systems/Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering Technology
Experience:
- Previous Engineering Internship
- Project Management either in school or at Previous Internship
