RWC is building a cohort of interns for the Summer of 2025. This will be a challenging opportunity to build skills in your field and create connections with RWC and peers from other Universities.
Position Summary:
- The product management internship role will provide general project support across New Product Development and Product Lifecyle Management initiatives including stage gate process, business case development, commercialization activities, product line reviews and product life cycle management. Specifically supporting work within in our Pipe, Valves and PEX fittings product categories.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist product managers with market research, defining product requirements on NPD projects, supporting product line reviews, conducting sales trend analysis, competitive landscape, facilitating SKU rationalization efforts, coordinating commercialization activity with sales and marketing team members and providing general product/technical support.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite,
- Excellent verbal and written skills,

- Solid understanding of basic finance/accounting,

- Ability to work cross-functionally.
Education:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program majoring in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications. Minimum GPA of 3.5
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

- Internship will have travel involved including a kick-off in Atlanta and Operations immersion week in Cullman, AL
