• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and home programs to reinforce therapy goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting or school environment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
