Join Our Dynamic Team :
We're seeking highly qualified and motivated BCaBAs to lead and grow our ABA program at our Cypress clinic. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and thrive in a collaborative, safe, friendly, and fun work environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children, creating personalized treatment plans based on assessment and data analysis.
- Collect and record data during each 1 : 1 teaching session, ensuring the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
