- Join Our Dynamic Team:*
- Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children, creating personalized treatment plans based on assessment and data analysis.
- Collect and record data during each 1:1 teaching session, ensuring the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current and valid certification as a BCaBA awarded by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

- Maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, and squatting for extended periods.
- Regularly walk and run for extended periods.
- Transition from sitting to standing independently.
- Utilize quick body movements as required by behavior intervention plans.
- Lift a minimum of 25 pounds and transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.
- Have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via electronic devices and paper means.
- Possess the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection.
