What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Reliant Healthcare Group?
Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and motivated supervising BCBA to lead and grow our Applied Behavior Analysis program at our Katy clinic. Our clinic provides Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy and counseling to children from birth to 21 to help them overcome struggles with communication, behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. We strive to create a collaborative, safe, friendly, and fun work environment.
Clinic location: 21630 Merchants Way, Bldg. 2. Katy, Texas 77449
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinic-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy to children
- Develop individualized treatment plans and programs based on assessment and data analysis
- Collect and record data during each 1:1 teaching session
- Attend training and observation sessions with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
- Participate in ongoing professional development training to stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current and valid certification as a BCBA awarded by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
