Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert inbound leads provided by the company
- Educate clients on available loan products and guide them through the mortgage process
- Analyze borrowers’ financial situations to determine appropriate loan options
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with processors and underwriters to ensure a seamless closing experience
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective pipeline management and customer service
- Active NMLS license required
- Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage sales experience in a Consumer Direct environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in mortgage software and CRM systems
