This position is a 1 on 1 shift care position located in Apple Valley area.

SCHEDULE: PREFERABLY MORNING SHIFT MONDAY -FRIDAY 8 HOURS 5X A WEEK

Located in the great city of Montclair, California, Reliant Home Healthcare Services, Inc. is a home health care agency that serves the counties of San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange County, Imperial County, and San Diego, as well as areas in High Desert to include Palm Springs, Indio, Coachella, and Blythe. We provide our services to people with developmental disabilities, including children.

Our team is comprised of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Home Health Aides. Our multilingual staff members can help accommodate any language needs you may have, and they can help you with the process of developing a personalized care plan to fit your exact needs.
