OT - SNF Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel contract in La Grande, Oregon. In this Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, the successful candidate will manage treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in an SNF setting
- Promote patient independence and mobility through occupational therapy interventions
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Active State OT license
- Supervisory professional references
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
