Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to patients at our facility in Connersville, Indiana. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
About the Role:
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Assess and diagnose patients with communication disorders, including articulation, language, voice, and fluency deficits
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with patients with communication disorders in a clinical setting
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
