BECOMING OUR Crew Leader - Low Voltage AV Technician
This Crew Leader - Low Voltage AV Technician position typically works 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM , Monday through Friday with some flexibility depending on construction site scheduling requirements. Our Crew Leader - Low Voltage AV Technician also has the opportunity to occasionally work overtime.
As our Crew Leader - Low Voltage AV Technician, you oversee a team of technicians to complete various cabling and installation projects, including CCTV, electronic access controls, and audio visual systems. You provide guidance and hands-on support as your team installs, terminates, and tests voice and data, and video cables, as well as maintaining hardware implementations and infrastructures. You work mainly in construction, commercial, and industrial environments, and meticulously install and test support structures like j-hooks, conduits, innerducts, and cable racks.
You delegate tasks to your technicians and supervise their work, offering constructive feedback and training as needed. You keep everyone focused and on track to meet your timeline while ensuring that all electric safety guidelines are followed and the job site remains safe and organized. Your pride in being both a capable leader and a talented technician shines through in your commitment to ensuring the success of each project.
