At Reliant Medical Group, Nurse Practitioners work alongside Primary Care Providers in a fast paced, collaborative practice that recognizes the patient as the central focus. Our integrated Behavioral Health approach is setting the stage for innovative healthcare treatment for the future.
Position Highlights
- Hybrid position; Providing care both in-office and remotely from your home
- Conduct clinical evaluations
- Develop and implement care plans, which include prescribing and regularly evaluating and modifying as appropriate
- Provide consultation to Primary Care Providers and other medical staff regarding behavioral health issues
- Triage patients to the appropriate level of care
