Essential Job Functions
- Help organize and grow existing database of potential contacts.
- Reach out on a daily schedule to cold contacts on the lists and set up follow on zoom or phone calls.
- Speak with brokers, bankers and consultants that specialize in specific markets and sectors to understand market dynamics.
- Prepare materials such as initial deal overviews and deals summaries
- Update our investment pipeline with key asset and investment information.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years’ related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation, determination and initiative in a team environment.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail.
