Your Role: Provides physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients.
- Screens and evaluates patients, developing initial and ongoing treatment plans of care
- Discharge planning and case management responsibilities
- Supervises assistants and Rehab Techs
Requirements:
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
