Reliant Staffing Solutions/RSS Medical is recruiting an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary travel position in Concord Twp, Ohio. This 12-hour night shift assignment involves working in a 32-bed ICU/Stepdown unit, where you will care for patients with various complex conditions, including respiratory insufficiency, endocrine disorders, electrolyte imbalances, stroke, cardiac arrest, sepsis, COVID-19, tuberculosis, and renal disorders.
You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. With a focus on providing high-quality patient-centered care, you will prioritize patient safety, respond promptly to changes in patient status, and maintain open communication with colleagues and family members.
