Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Reliant Rehabilitation. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care and report progress to supervisors
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
- Current licensure as an SLP in the state of Arkansas
- Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
