Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating, project management, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Certifications in estimating or construction management are a plus
