Senior UX Designer

Why it's worth it:

As a Senior UX Designer at ReliaQuest, you will help with our visual design, expanding our Figma design system, and building new features that you will follow all the way to completion in close collaboration with our developers. You will advocate for the end-user and your input will be crucial for us to build a product that solves real problems for people.

We are looking for candidates to join us at our offices in Salt Lake City, UT and Tampa, FL. This position is for full-time employment and in-office.

The everyday hustle:

• Research user needs, test ideas, and share what you learn with the product team.
• Run user interviews, facilitate usability tests, document research, and report findings to benefit product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Design end to end experiences across the whole GreyMatter platform.
• Create flows, prototypes, and visuals for developers, analysts, and customers.
• *Facilitate collaboration with the team and invite others to collaborate and help create a space where others can share their ideas.
• Co-own the product and drive your work.
