Relias is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead the Enterprise Acute sales division. The Director will align with key functions across the organization to influence the development of our growth strategy, drive revenue growth, and enhance our market presence. This key leadership role requires an individual that can work with the VP of Acute Sales to blend market insights, customer needs, and technological advancements to engage acute healthcare organizations to address their needs around compliance, provider retention, and ongoing education. The Director will coach and mentor the Enterprise Acute sales team to meet or exceed all sales and renewal goals leveraging product, marketing, services and client care. This position is also responsible for driving strategic planning and contributing to process improvement initiatives within the Sales organization.

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 40 days / quarter.
