Executive Director / BCBA
Reliatus Behavioral Health is a thriving and compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) center dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We are seeking a driven and experienced Executive Director who is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team and advance our mission of empowering children to reach their full potential. Position Summary :
The Executive Director / BCBA provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the center, ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical services, efficient business operations, and a positive and supportive work environment. This role is responsible for the clinical oversight of all ABA programs, as well as the administrative and financial management of the center.
Responsibilities :
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA.Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as needed.Monitor treatment fidelity and data collection.Stay current with research and advancements in the field of ABA.Administrative Management :Develop and manage the center's budget.
Oversee human resources, including recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.Develop and implement policies and procedures for the center.Manage billing and insurance processes.Oversee marketing and outreach efforts.Maintain strong relationships with community partners and referral sources.Leadership and Team Building :Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Lead and motivate the team.Promote professional development and growth opportunities for staff.Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing feedback.Strategic Planning :Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of the center.
Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion and new program development.Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.Qualifications :
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)1 in good standing.Minimum of [Number] years of experience providing ABA services to children with ASD.Minimum of [Number] years of experience in a leadership or management role.Knowledge of Oklahoma state regulations related to ABA services.Strong clinical skills and experience in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proven ability to lead and manage a team.Experience with budget management and financial oversight.Experience with billing and insurance processes.Strong ethical and professional conduct.Preferred Qualifications :
