Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team in our Central Phoenix, West Phoenix, and Glendale ABA Centers . The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals in a supportive and engaging environment. As an SLP, you will work closely with families and other professionals to provide individualized care that supports each child’s unique needs.
Responsibilities :
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
- Utilize a play-based, naturalistic approach to therapy that engages children in a positive learning environment.
- Provide education and support to families, ensuring they are involved and informed in their child's progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements :
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 7 : 45 AM - 5 : 15 PM.
