1. About the Project

RI Health project in Occupies Palestinian Territories (OPT) is a project implemented through a consortium with other local and international partners. The project focuses on providing secondary heath care including surgical, maternal child health and nutrition. The project aims to ensure increased access to quality health services and hence has a potential of continued expansion to areas of need in OPT.

2. Job Profile

The health Project Lead will drive the implementation of the health projects in OPT ensuring the implementation remains focused on project goals.

Your role will focus on leading and facilitating project implementation by engaging with consortium partners, coordinating with other health actors in the cluster and technical working groups, supervising the technical team and coordinating with support teams to ensure timely delivery of project supplies. You will work in coordination with the program manager to ensure timely implementation of program activities and with the technical advisor to ensure continued technical support to the partner and facilitate quality improvement. You will participate in regular stakeholder engagement activities mainly with RI partners, donors and other humanitarian actors. nation, navigating complex operational environments, and adapting to evolving project needs. 3. Key Responsibilities Accountability and Complexity

· Represents RI in the relevant clusters and technical working groups in Gaza and ensuring RI participates in the health humanitarian actor information sharing platforms.

· Ensures critical program information, concerns, and lessons learned are shared within management and implementation teams to enhance safety, security, and advocacy efforts while following standardized procedures with moderate supervision.

Project Implementation & Management

· Work with the project manager to devise project work plan and oversee implementation with partners and programs team

· Supervise the project coordinators and ensure regular supportive supervision of RI supported projects.

· Coordinate with RI partners to ensure smooth implementation of the activities, continued quality improvement and consistent information sharing.

· Coordinate with the technical advisor to ensure RI quality benchmarks, protocols and guidelines are followed.

· Coordinate with the project manager and the support team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials.

· Support the partner in developing project reports and ensure indicator tracking

· Participate in project data review and coordinate with the partners to ensure course correction where required.

· Participate in project development including needs assessment and project design

Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy

· Represent RI in health clusters and technical working groups

· In coordination with the program manager and areas director participate in coordination activities between RI partners, donors and other local stakeholders

Technical Support & Capacity Building

· Coordinate with the program manager to organize trainings for RI partners including identifying consultant trainers where required.

· Participate in regular supportive supervision in RI supported health projects, develop action plans and follow-up on implementation.

· Provide technical support to RI technical team in collaboration with the health and nutrition technical advisor.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

· Develop/ follow-up on implementation of monitoring tools in all RI supported health projects.

· In collaboration with the program manager track project progress against targets and report accurately

· Contribute in the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

· Participate in project learning and knowledge-sharing activities, ensuring best practices are documented and shared.

Person Specification

Skills, knowledge and expertise required for the role. Essential criteria

· Barchelor’s degree in Medicine/Nursing

· At least 2 years clinical Secondary health care experience

· At least 2 years working donor funded projects.

· Fluency in Arabic and proficient in English.

· Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

· Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to multi-task and meet deadlines.
