Key Responsibilities
- Provide dignified and compassionate support to patients
- Assist with essential daily living activities such as dressing, feeding, safe ambulation, and transfers
- Offer personal care services, including oral hygiene and bathing
- Monitor and accurately record food intake as well as urinary and fecal output for medical review
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to ensure effective patient care
- Uphold a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols
- Strong compassion and empathy for patients
- Excellent listening and communication abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Reliability and dependability in all duties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs
- Valid Illinois Nursing Assistant Certification
- All medical staff must be fully Covid vaccinated
- Must provide results of a physical health examination conducted within the last 12 months
- Documentation of a negative TB test performed within the last 12 months
- Current BLS or CPR Certification required
