What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor - Warren position at Relief Mental Health?
Relief Mental Health is expanding its clinical team to meet the growing demand for patient referrals. We are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and team-oriented clinicians (social workers, counselors, psychologists) to provide individual therapy in a multidisciplinary clinic environment. Our clinic offers innovative treatments, including TMS, Spravato, medication management, and therapy for both adult and adolescent patients. This is a commission-based role, and billable hours include cancellation or no-show fees. Guaranteed start up pay is negotiable.
Responsibilities :
Conduct diagnostic assessments to formulate DSM-5 TR diagnoses
Develop treatment plans to support evidenced based CBT based therapeutic interventions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Utilizes evidence-based treatment interventions
Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers
Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary
Supervise newly licensed clinicians
Qualifications :
Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology or Social Work
Fully Licensed, LPC, LCSW, and Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Must have active New Jersey license number
Previous experience working with CBT based modalities, intervention and treatment formulation.
Prior experience in a clinical mental health setting
Prior experience providing individual therapy with adult populations
