What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner position at Relief Mental Health?
Responsibilities:
- Conduct administration of Spravato and perform monitoring during treatments
- Conduct consults for Spravato treatment
- Facilitates drug tests, pregnancy tests as necessary
- Conduct consultations for Medication Management as well as routine follow up visits
- Perform patient evaluations and assessments as necessary
- Treatment plan development
- Monitoring progress of patients
- Communication with staff, family, and patients
- Collaborates with clinical staff as well as other department leads
- PMHNP or Psychiatric certification required
- Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or certified Physician Assistant with an applicable state license
- Must have an active license and DEA #
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Minimum one-year experience in a skilled Healthcare setting, ie. psychiatry
- Ability to build rapport with patients and their loved ones
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership experience with emphasis on teamwork in a healthcare setting
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
