About Us :
Relief Mental Health is an outpatient provider of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), SPRAVATO® esketamine, IV ketamine, psychiatric medication management, and talk therapy for depression, OCD, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses. With 11 locations across Illinois, New Jersey, and Wisconsin—Relief aims to create a new standard for mental healthcare by offering innovative therapeutic interventions and responding to evolving patient needs.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for tracking authorization status and adding to all necessary systems (monday.com, Tebra, etc)
- Follow up on missing authorizations
- Responsible for assisting in prior authorizations and reauthorization, as determined by the Case Manager
- Review intakes for completion prior to authorization being completed
- Confirming information in all systems matches
- Receive and input authorization approvals from insurance companies
- Works with outside pharmacies for Spravato authorization and coverage, as needed
- Assist patients in enrolling into the Spravato REMS program and Spravato Savings Program, JPAP as needed
- Ensure all patient documents are sent in to REMS : Spravato monitoring forms, assignment of benefits, REMS enrollment, etc
- Follow up with the clinic when documentation is missing
- Schedule patients for their Spravato induction phase, as needed
- Patient communication
- Assist the case manager and psychedelics coordinator as needed
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positivity
