Relief Mental Health is expanding its clinical team to meet the growing demand for patient referrals. We are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and team-oriented clinicians (social workers, counselors, psychologists) to provide individual therapy in a multidisciplinary clinic environment. Our clinic offers innovative treatments, including TMS, Spravato, medication management, and therapy for both adult and adolescent patients. This is a commission-based role, and billable hours include cancellation or no-show fees. Guaranteed start up pay is negotiable.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to formulate DSM-5 TR diagnoses.
- Develop treatment plans to support evidenced based CBT based therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Utilizes evidence-based treatment interventions.
- Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers.
- Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary.
