What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapist position at Relief Mental Health?
Relief Mental Health is expanding its clinical team to meet the growing demand for patient referrals. We are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and team-oriented clinicians (social workers, counselors, psychologists) to provide therapy in a multidisciplinary clinic environment. Our clinic offers innovative treatments, including TMS, Spravato, medication management, and therapy for both adult and adolescent patients.
Responsibilities :
Perform professional diagnostic intake assessments to evaluate a variety of mental health and behavioral conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
Provide comprehensive, evidenced based psychotherapeutic interventions both in-person and via secure telehealth.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers.
Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary.
Qualifications :
Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling or Social Work
Active Clinical Mental Health License in adherence with state board requirements.
Previous experience working with evidence based modalities, interventions and treatment plan formulation.
Prior experience in a clinical mental health setting highly preferred.
Prior experience providing individual therapy with adolescents and adult populations re quired.
