Job Title : Occupational Therapist (OT) – Acute Rehab
Location : Sparks, NV 89434
Shift : 8-Hour Day Shift (Tuesday – Saturday)
Duration : 13 Weeks
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Acute Rehab team with occasional float to Behavioral Health (BH) . The OT will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and implementing therapy to help patients regain independence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to acute rehab and BH patients.
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Adapt to new and changing work assignments effectively.
