Job Title: Workday Extend Developer
Location: Remote
Position Type: 6 months Contract

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Workday Extend Developer with a strong background in Workday Integrations and custom application development. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Workday Extend, along with proficiency in Workday integrations and HR system implementations. This is a remote role, but candidates must be located within the US.

Duties:
·         Design, develop, and implement custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend.
·         Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
·         Collaborate with Workday functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions.
·         Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
·         Develop and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
·         Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate custom solutions.
·         Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom Workday applications and integrations.
·         Stay updated with Workday’s latest features to continuously enhance and optimize solutions.
·         Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed Workday applications and extensions.

Required Experience:
·         2-3 years of experience in Workday Extend development.
·         Strong knowledge of Workday architecture and integration capabilities.
·         Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (2-3 years).
·         Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and XSLT for Workday custom development.
·         Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
·         Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
·         Workday Extend certification or other relevant Workday certifications.
·         Experience with Workday Studio.
·         Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
·         Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
·         Experience with Workday Prism (Nice to have).
