What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney -- Collections Associate position at Relin, Goldstein & Crane LLP?
A Collections Associate handles litigation contested motion practice, discovery, and legal issues related to both retail and commercial collections. The successful candidate must be able to organize and prioritize issues in a volume-based inventory. It will be helpful to be an effective negotiator with an eye on practical and amicable settlements. While the office is based in Rochester, New York, occasional appearances in other parts of the State should be expected. The successful candidate can anticipate some trial work.
We are seeking an attorney admitted in the State of New York with 2 years of litigation experience.
