Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and enthusiastic Bartender/Cocktail Server to craft inspired cocktails and mocktails and deliver top-notch service to our guests. As a key member of our bar team, you will assist in creating innovative cocktails, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your passion for mixology, hospitality, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall guest experience at Relish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails, wines, and spirits in accordance with our menu and standards.
- Take guest orders and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and equipment.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for special events and functions
- Stay updated on current drink trends and continuously develop your mixology skills.
- Most of all make the bar at Relish the best place to hang out!
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or cocktail server in a high-volume setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and a passion for creating innovative and high-quality cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
