Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical exams, bloodwork reviews, and functional assessments with a deep-rooted focus on identifying the root cause of client symptoms.
- Personalize treatment plans using a tiered approach that may include lifestyle recommendations, stress management techniques, supplement protocols, peptides, IV therapies, tools for hormone optimization via HRT, and more
- Translate complex medical insights into client-friendly language and communicate next steps clearly and compassionately
- Collaborate with team members daily, including Client Advocates, RNs, Front of House staff, and fellow Nurse Practitioners.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis, universal precautions, and infection control protocols
- Document with accuracy and detail; chart same-day using EHR and proper documentation methods.
- Maintain active licensure, compliance training, and continuing education
- Stay engaged with clinical advancements in hormone health, medical weight loss, functional medicine, and regenerative therapies
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice (Florida)
- 2 years of clinical experience (wellness or functional medicine preferred)
- Experience or interest in innovative treatments, such as hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, peptide protocols, and medical weight loss
- Experience with Aesthetic Injectables – neurotoxin and dermal fillers - is a plus
- Comfortable with learning new systems (lab portal, pharmacy portal, EMR)

- The successful Mid Level Provider will work in collaboration with the physician and have a certificate of completion/degree from accredited Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant program. The candidate will also maintain required certification that allows the NP/PA to work with the client populations and location settings associated with this position. Must maintain up-to-date licensure as an NP/PA in your state and have the ability to obtain DEA license, if requested. This position requires a clear background check.
