We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Client Care Advocate to join our team and help guide clients through their health journeys with compassion, expertise, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Advocacy :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing in-depth consultations on bloodwork results and treatment options, including HRT, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and related services.Act as an advocate for clients health goals, offering personalized advice and support to help them achieve optimal outcomes.Sales & Client Acquisition :
Leverage your sales expertise to educate and inspire clients to invest in their health and well-being through our services.Achieve and exceed sales goals by building strong, trusting relationships with clients and recommending tailored treatment plans.Education & Expertise :
Maintain a deep understanding of functional medicine principles, therapies, and best practices to confidently address client questions and concerns.Stay updated on the latest advancements in HRT, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and other relevant treatments.Collaboration & Communication :
Work closely with medical providers, ensuring seamless coordination of care and accurate communication of treatment plans to clients.Foster a positive client experience by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring follow-up care.Operational Support :
Assist with client intake, record management, and maintaining compliance with all clinic protocols and regulatory standards.Qualifications / Experience :
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a health and wellness, functional medicine, or related field.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Education :
Background in functional medicine, healthcare, or a related field is highly preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus.Skills :
Strong knowledge of bloodwork analysis, HRT, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and functional medicine principles.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered mindset.Ability to explain complex medical concepts in an accessible and empathetic manner.Personal Attributes :
