We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Client Care Advocate to join our team and help guide clients through their health journeys with compassion, expertise, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Advocacy:
Client Consultation & Advocacy:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing in-depth consultations on bloodwork results and treatment options, including HRT, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and related services.
- Act as an advocate for clients’ health goals, offering personalized advice and support to help them achieve optimal outcomes.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Leverage your sales expertise to educate and inspire clients to invest in their health and well-being through our services.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by building strong, trusting relationships with clients and recommending tailored treatment plans.
Education & Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of functional medicine principles, therapies, and best practices to confidently address client questions and concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in HRT, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and other relevant treatments.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with medical providers, ensuring seamless coordination of care and accurate communication of treatment plans to clients.
- Foster a positive client experience by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring follow-up care.
Operational Support:
- Assist with client intake, record management, and maintaining compliance with all clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a health and wellness, functional medicine, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education:
- Background in functional medicine, healthcare, or a related field is highly preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of bloodwork analysis, HRT, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and functional medicine principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered mindset.
- Ability to explain complex medical concepts in an accessible and empathetic manner.
