Position Overview : We are seeking a Part-Time Medical Director to join our team at Relive Health. This is a hybrid position requiring approximately 20 hours per month. The Medical Director will be responsible for providing medical leadership to patient care teams, including Nurse Practitioners and / or Physician Assistants. You will play a critical role in enhancing patient care, improving clinical outcomes, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Medical Direction & Administration : Provide medical leadership by reinforcing health center guidelines and ensuring compliance with medical protocols.

Team Supervision : Supervise Nurse Practitioners and / or Physician Assistants, ensuring quality assurance and clinical standards are met.

Collaboration : Act as the primary medical expert when collaborating with vendors and external partners.

Patient Care Oversight : Review client records and ensure continuity of care for patients with long-term medical conditions.

Quality Assurance : Lead quality assurance initiatives, ensuring timely documentation and medical records.

Regulatory Compliance : Maintain up-to-date licensure for all medical staff.

Communication : Work closely with administration and team members to ensure effective communication.

Qualifications :

Education : MD / DO with Arizona Board Certification

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with several years in a medical management or leadership role

Licensure : Current, active medical licensure to practice in Arizona

Skills : Familiarity with EHR / EMR systems, excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

Additional : Strong background in primary care and hospital administration
