Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This role involves delivering an exceptional client experience through genuine engagement, comprehensive care, and personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Engagement and Education :

Build genuine connections with clients during consultations and treatments.

• Educate clients on wellness services to foster shared understanding and commitment to optimal health.
• Collaborate with the Front of House Coordinator and Client Advocate to ensure seamless communication and consistent brand representation.
• Active Listening and Trust-Building :

Conduct empathetic and educational examinations, actively listening to clients' concerns.

• Provide personalized game plans to guide clients toward effective health solutions.
• Comprehensive Examination :

Perform physical exams and bloodwork reviews, maximizing health optimization opportunities.

• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Review intake forms thoroughly, evaluating medication history and client concerns.
• Marketing the Brand :

Represent the Relive brand with extensive knowledge of services and features.

• Foster genuine connections during client interactions, embodying our mission and values.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional events.
• Personalization and Attention to Detail :

Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' medical needs and goals.

• Consider dosage, treatment methods, and potential risks for personalized care.
• Maintain strong client-provider relationships and manage detailed medical records.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

• Valid NP / PA license in [State]
• Experience in health and wellness, particularly in HRT, medical weight loss, IV therapy, anti-aging, and aesthetics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on industry trends

Qualifications

• The successful Mid Level Provider will work in collaboration with the physician and have a certificate of completion / degree from accredited Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant program. The candidate will also maintain required certification that allows the NP / PA to work with the client populations and location settings associated with this position. Must maintain up-to-date licensure as an NP / PA in your state and have the ability to obtain DEA license, if requested. This position requires a clear background check.
