WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Underwrite, price, and negotiate complex and emerging Cyber risks in a manner that is consistent with Relm’s risk appetite to ensure profitability, retention, and written premium goals are achieved
- Negotiate, prepare, and draft policy and endorsement wording
- Create and develop relationships with brokers and policyholders to establish new distribution relationships and sales channels
- Attend and occasionally present at industry conferences, as needed and as the opportunity presents itself
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals and drive cross-sell opportunities
- Assist with strategic underwriting planning by developing and maintaining suitable management information to effectively evaluate the portfolio
- Maintain compliance with all internal and external underwriting and regulatory guidelines, standards, and legal requirements
- Engage in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of Relm

The annual salary for this role is structured within a range of USD $160,000 to USD $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
