- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) in Texas (TX).
- Regular Driver License (DL) in Texas (TX).
- Recent TB Test within the past year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Perform technical nursing procedures in accordance with regulations.
- Document and report observations accurately.
- Communicate pertinent information to team members orally and in writing.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control procedures.
- Monitor individuals for treatments and procedures.
- Provide education to individuals with specific health goals.
- Manage medical records and ensure supplies are available.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer and electronic health record proficiency preferred.
- Licensed to practice as an LVN in Texas or through Nurse Licensure Compact.
Additional Information:
- No extra time off during holiday seasons.
- Must have valid photo ID and current American Heart Association CPR certification.
- Negative PPD results within the last 12 months required.
- COVID-19 testing with negative result required (facility provides test on date of OB).
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card, if applicable (not mandatory).
- Successful completion of urine drug screen and background check.
- FBI fingerprint background check will be conducted (facility provides).
